Saint Domingo is a brand operated by SIGO NY LLC, a New York limited liability company. In these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and related notices, “Saint Domingo,” “SIGO NY LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SIGO NY LLC, doing business as Saint Domingo.

By accessing saintdomingo.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Terms of Use

This website is owned and operated by SIGO NY LLC, doing business as Saint Domingo. You may use saintdomingo.com for personal, lawful shopping purposes only. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use Saint Domingo or SIGO NY LLC content without written permission.

SIGO NY LLC may update, suspend, or discontinue the website, products, pricing, or services at any time.

2. Product Information & Availability

SIGO NY LLC aims to display Saint Domingo products, colors, graphics, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations in print placement, garment wash, fabric texture, or sizing may occur during production.

SIGO NY LLC may change, discontinue, or limit product availability without notice.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All products on saintdomingo.com are offered, sold, fulfilled, and administered by SIGO NY LLC, doing business as Saint Domingo.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. SIGO NY LLC reserves the right to correct pricing, product-description, or availability errors, including after an order has been submitted.

We currently accept orders and payments from customers in the United States only. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Available payment methods may include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and PayPal.

SIGO NY LLC may refuse or cancel an order if it reasonably believes the order is fraudulent, unauthorized, inaccurate, or intended for resale.

4. Made-to-Order Products, Fulfillment & Shipping

Most Saint Domingo products are made to order. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind reasons.

Please allow approximately two weeks for production, fulfillment, and shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, order volume, weather, or other circumstances outside the control of SIGO NY LLC.

SIGO NY LLC currently ships within the United States, including the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

5. Sizing, Returns & Replacements

Please review the size guide before ordering. Saint Domingo tees run slightly small; if you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up.

All made-to-order sales are final. SIGO NY LLC does not offer returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, preference, or change-of-mind reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If SIGO NY LLC verifies the issue, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier after an investigation, we may provide a replacement.

Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot reasonably be produced or a carrier investigation remains unresolved for an extended period.

6. Ownership of Designs & Intellectual Property

All content on saintdomingo.com—including the Saint Domingo name, SIGO NY LLC name, logos, trademarks, artwork, graphics, product designs, garment prints, photographs, videos, text, typography, website design, and visual identity—is owned by or licensed to SIGO NY LLC, doing business as Saint Domingo, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No purchase, use of the website, or interaction with Saint Domingo transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights. Customers own the physical products they purchase only. All artwork, graphics, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of SIGO NY LLC or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use Saint Domingo or SIGO NY LLC intellectual property without prior written permission from SIGO NY LLC.

7. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, messages, or other content to Saint Domingo or tag Saint Domingo on social media, you confirm that you have the right to share it.

You grant SIGO NY LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and share that content for marketing, social media, and business purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SIGO NY LLC may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you visit saintdomingo.com or make a purchase, SIGO NY LLC may collect contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address; order and transaction information; payment information processed by payment providers; device, browser, IP address, and website-usage information; and information submitted through contact forms, email signups, customer support, reviews, or social media interactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIGO NY LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. SIGO NY LLC’s total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SIGO NY LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of saintdomingo.com, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
