Saint Domingo is operated by SIGO NY LLC, a New York limited liability company. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through saintdomingo.com.

Processing & Fulfillment

Most Saint Domingo tees are made to order. Please allow approximately two weeks for your order to be produced, fulfilled, and delivered.

Processing and delivery times may vary based on order volume, product availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of SIGO NY LLC. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only, including the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.

We do not currently ship internationally. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the size and weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Because orders are made to order and may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Saint Domingo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier after an investigation, contact us and we will review the issue. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost.
