Returns & Exchanges

All Saint Domingo tees are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind requests.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. Our tees run slightly small, so we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier after an investigation, we will send a replacement. Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be produced or if a carrier investigation remains unresolved for an extended period.

We currently accept payments from customers in the United States only. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and PayPal where available.

Please note that prepaid gift cards, checks, and money orders are not supported at this time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are available for delivery across the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Please note that shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take slightly longer to arrive.

For security and reliability, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding addresses, and can’t assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged through those services.

Usage

How should I wear it?

Wear it however you want. These tees are made for everyday rotation; jeans, shorts, cargos, or whatever you already have on.

How do the tees fit?

They have a relaxed, oversized fit with dropped shoulders. They do run slightly small, so size up if you’re between sizes or want a roomier fit.

What are the tees made from?

Premium heavyweight cotton with a substantial feel. Soft enough for daily wear, thick enough to hold its shape.

Composition & Care

How should I wash my tee?

Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Wash inside out with similar colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. If needed, iron on low heat and avoid ironing directly over the print. Do not dry clean.

Please allow around two weeks for your order to be made, fulfilled, and shipped. We currently ship within the United States only.
